Introduction, Discussion, and Where to Look for Information and Contacts

As we say on the home page, we hope that this site can become a repository of information and ideas to help you to help your youth leaders plan and run and fun and informative program - that's what we are "about
."  We are hoping that you will encourage your youth leaders at all levels, and any other interested Scouts, to attend Roundtable so that they can see firsthand the information available, and ask questions and provide suggestions that are pertinent to them.  In addition, we also need adult participation in order to succeed - many of you have years of experience, and experience-driven questions, to help drive a great Roundtable experience - other, relatively new folks tend to make observations or ask questions that they do not know yet that they are "not supposed" to observe or ask, or may be obvious to them but not to old-timers (potentially making for lively discussion).

We see the program comprising presentations of varying lengths followed by interactive sessions of practice, questions and answers, or general discussion.  New material identified at each meeting can be added to the web site - which brings us to the next point.

We plan to have information available on the web site in advance of the meeting each month, to give you a chance to look it over, and make copies to bring with you.  Anything new that is identified at the meeting can be added, as stated above.  Documents accompanying a presentation or suggested for inclusion later will be attached at the bottom of the appropriate web page, but we shall insert internet links as much as possible to avoid using up our memory quota.

Presentations and other information may be accessed through the links in the left margin of the web site.
